Scope

This site lets you book tourist experiences with a specific date and time, and tables at participating restaurants.

Restaurant reservations are free of charge and are not a sale; paid experiences are purchased online.

How the contract is concluded

To purchase an experience: pick a date and time, set the party size and your contact details, check the summary with the total price and press the “Order with obligation to pay” button; payment is completed on Stripe's secure pages.

Before submitting you can correct any detail directly in the form fields.

You receive a confirmation email with the order summary. The contract is stored in our systems; you can request a copy by writing to esperienze@cocconatobellebuono.it.

Available languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish, German.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro, VAT included.

Payment is processed by Stripe; the seller never receives your card data.

The booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the slot is released.

Right of withdrawal

Under art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (implementing art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for leisure services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

By purchasing an experience with a specific date and time, the consumer acknowledges that no right of withdrawal applies.

Restaurant reservations

Reserving a table is free, possible until 7 days before the service, and involves passing your contact details to the chosen restaurant.

Complaints and disputes

For any complaint write to esperienze@cocconatobellebuono.it.

If a complaint is not resolved, the seller will inform the consumer of the competent ADR body under art. 141-sexies of the Italian Consumer Code.

For consumer disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
